James B. Coulter III Esq. is highly experienced in handling cases throughout the state of Florida that involve trucking accidents, auto accidents, medical malpractice. Coulter, he was the victim of a commercial truck accident while traveling on his way to work as a state prosecutor. Mr. Coulter saw firsthand the greedy and deceptive practices of insurance companies, and the difficulties that individuals face when they are forced to live through life altering injuries.
An experienced personal injury lawyer with a central office in Brevard County Florida and satelllite offices in other state locations, Mr. Coulter litigates cases throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Coulter attended the University of Maryland and earned a bachelor's degree in Government and Politics in 2001. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctor at the Florida Coastal School of Law where he attended on a Deam Merit scholarship. Mr. Coulter then began his legal career as an assistant state prosecutor for the 7th Judical Circuit of Florida. In 2008 he opted to begin working as a person injury lawyer and has dedicated his practice to representing the injured ever since.
In addition to representing personal injury clients, Mr. Coulter also practices criminal defense.
